Then, he served his residency in neurological surgery at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Furthermore, he conducted his fellowship training in complex spine surgery/adult spine deformity surgery at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Upon the completion of his fellowship training, he relocated to New Orleans and worked at Tulane Medical Center as an Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery and Co-Director of the Spine Center. In addition, Dr. Singh received board certification in neurological surgery from the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
